Soft drinks sales data for foodservice and delivery
Soft drinks sales data shows, outlet by outlet, which restaurants, cafes and delivery storefronts list your cola, water, juice or energy drink, which list a rival's and which list neither; Dashmote covers 20M+ venues in 60+ countries and 15M+ delivery storefronts. It shows a soft drinks team where it can win, in the fridge, at the fountain and in the meal deal, and where it is not winning today.

How does a soft drinks brand win more outlets?
A soft drink is won outlet by outlet, and each outlet has three places to win: the menu, the equipment and the delivery listing.
The menu says which drinks the venue offers. The equipment, a branded fridge or a fountain, says whose drinks it pours and stocks by default. The delivery listing says what a guest can add to an order at home. A brand that sees all three per outlet knows which venues to visit, which to pitch a cooler and which to raise with a delivery partner.
The on-premise view: menus, coolers and fountains
- Menus. Restaurants and cafes name the soft drinks they serve. Filter for venues that list a rival and not you, or list "soft drinks" with no brand. See menu data.
- Coolers. Whose branded fridge stands in the venue, which coolers carry no brand and which brands stand inside, from date-stamped public photos. See cooler detection.
- Fountains. Which restaurants pour from a dispensed-drink set-up and whose branding is on it. See soda fountain outlet data.
Not seen is not the same as not there: a fridge out of shot is not read, so photo reads show what is visible.
The delivery view: listings, prices and combos
On delivery apps, a soft drink is a line on a menu with a price, a pack size and often a place in a bundle.
- Listings. Which storefronts list your brand, your zero sugar line or your new pack, and where it is still missing. See delivery menu brand tracking.
- Prices. What your can or bottle costs per store and per app, against a rival in the same store. See delivery price monitoring.
- Combos. Which meal deals include your drink, which include a rival's, and which outlets list you only on your own. See combo and meal deal tracking.

Soft drinks data: the facts
Soft drinks data in your CRM or field-sales app
Dashmote works alongside your CRM or field-sales app by file or API. The outlet list, the brands seen per outlet, the cooler and fountain reads and the fit score reach that tool as a file (CSV) or through the API, and CRM matching marks the outlets you already supply. The planner sets the week's visits; the rep walks in knowing whose fridge is by the door.
Frequently asked questions
How do I see which restaurants list a competitor's soft drink?
From their menus and public photos: Dashmote records which soft drink brands each outlet names or shows, with the source and date, so you can filter for venues that list a rival and not you.
Can I see whose cooler is in a venue?
Yes, where the cooler is in a recent public photo: the cooler brand, unbranded coolers and the brands inside are recorded per outlet. Cooler reads are available in selected markets.
Do you track soft drinks on delivery apps?
Yes: listings, prices and combos are read from full delivery menus per storefront and per app.
Can I see which restaurants run a soda fountain?
Yes, where it shows in public photos: fountain presence and the branding on the machine are recorded per outlet.
Is this sales or volume data?
No: it is listing, equipment and price data per outlet. It sits next to your own sales data and shows the outlets you do not supply yet.
Can I load the outlet lists into our CRM?
Yes, by file or API: lists export as CSV or through the API, and CRM matching marks your current accounts.

For sales leaders: the business case
Soft drinks budgets go into visits, coolers, fountains and delivery promotions; the question is where each one lands.
- Equipment where it pays. Unbranded coolers and rival fountains, listed by outlet, so placements go to venues you can win.
- One view, two channels. The venue's menu and its delivery listing side by side, so field and eCommerce teams work from the same list.
- Start tomorrow. Off the shelf, no implementation project; scope and plans are on pricing.
