Deliveroo data for brands: menus, prices and availability
Deliveroo data for brands shows which restaurants, pubs and grocery partners list your products, at what price and with what content in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Belgium, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar and Singapore. See which Deliveroo outlets in your cities list your brand, which list a competitor instead, and where your range, price or content differs.

Why Deliveroo needs its own view
Deliveroo is one of the main delivery apps in the UK and Ireland and operates in a set of other European and Middle Eastern markets. Its mix of outlets differs from the other apps in the same city: independent restaurants and small groups, pubs and bars that deliver food and drinks, and grocery partners.
For a drinks brand that mix matters. A pub listing on Deliveroo is an on-trade account selling your brand through a delivery menu. A restaurant group's delivery menu may carry a narrower drinks range than its tables do. The storefront count is a count of listings, not orders or sales. Connect the online listing with on-premise brand tracking to see both sides of the outlet.

Every Deliveroo market
Deliveroo data covers every market the app runs in: the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Belgium, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar and Singapore.
One definition of a listing, a price and an image across all of them, so a regional team compares markets on the same basis and drills down to the city and the outlet.
What you see for each Deliveroo storefront
- Listing: which of your products the outlet shows, matched by name, pack size and format.
- Price: the menu price on Deliveroo, comparable with the same outlet's price on other apps where it lists on several.
- Content: image present, product name as shown, and whether your product appears inside meal deals.
- Availability: whether the product can be ordered, and when it disappeared if it did.
- Outlet profile: outlet type, cuisine, city and whether it is an independent or part of a group.
With these five, the standard questions become filters: drinks-led outlets in one city that list a competitor's lager but not yours, or restaurants whose Deliveroo drinks range is shorter than their Uber Eats range.
Price on Deliveroo versus the other apps
Many outlets list on Deliveroo and at least one other app, and set a different price on each. For the outlets that list on both, compare like with like:
Platform gap = median price of your product on Deliveroo minus median price on the other app, in the same outlets, on the same date.
A positive gap means Deliveroo shoppers pay more for your product than shoppers on the other app. Read it next to the competitor's gap: if both brands carry the same mark-up, the outlet is pricing the platform, not your brand. If only your brand is marked up, it is a conversation for the account team, with the outlet list attached.
Questions this answers in a monthly review:
- In which cities is my product most expensive on Deliveroo?
- Which outlets charge more on Deliveroo than on their other app, and by how much?
- Did a competitor's price on Deliveroo move after its promotion ended?
One finding from Deliveroo
In the UK, as of the September 2026 refresh, 18% of the restaurants and shops with a full menu on Deliveroo had no drinks section, and a third (34%) of the drink items listed by the rest had no product photo.
Worked example: the drinks range on two apps
Take the outlets in one city that list on both Deliveroo and a second app and list your brand on at least one of them. Comparing the two menus outlet by outlet:
| Situation | Share of outlets |
|---|---|
| Same range of your brand on both apps | 55% |
| Your brand on the second app only | 26% |
| Your brand on Deliveroo only | 11% |
| Your brand on both, but fewer products on Deliveroo | 8% |
Cross-app consistency = outlets with the same range on both apps divided by outlets listing the brand on either, here 55%. The outlets where Deliveroo carries less of your brand (34%) are the quickest fix: the outlet already sells the brand and only needs to copy its range to a second menu.
Frequently asked questions
Who is Deliveroo's biggest competitor?
Deliveroo's biggest competitors in the UK are Uber Eats and Just Eat, and which one leads differs by city. In its other markets the main rival depends on the country, which is why platform comparisons are most useful city by city.
Does Deliveroo share data with brands?
Deliveroo shares order and menu data with its own restaurant and grocery partners and offers advertising to brands, but it does not give a supplier brand an outlet-level view of which menus list its products. That view comes from reading the menus outlet by outlet.
Which countries do you cover on Deliveroo?
Deliveroo is covered in Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom. Coverage is city by city, and a sample shows which cities are included.
Can I see which pubs and bars list my drinks on Deliveroo?
Yes. Pubs and bars that deliver through Deliveroo are tracked like any other outlet, so you can see which list your drinks, which list a competitor's, and what they charge.
Are prices on Deliveroo higher than in the outlet?
Prices on Deliveroo are often higher than in the outlet, because many outlets add a mark-up to cover the platform's commission. The size of the mark-up is set by each outlet, so it is best measured per city as the median delivery price against the in-store reference price.
How is the Deliveroo data collected?
The data comes from the menus each outlet publishes on Deliveroo, the same view a shopper has in the app, captured for every covered city on a fixed cadence. Products are matched to your range by name, pack size and format, so each listing can be counted against your own product list.

The business case for your Head of eCommerce
If Deliveroo is a priority channel, these are the three points for the budget conversation:
- Distribution and price on Deliveroo you can report: listed outlets, gaps and median prices per city, each with a date.
- Content fixed where it costs sales: outlets with missing images, wrong names or no combos, ranked so the team starts with the largest.
- Comparable across platforms: the same KPIs on Deliveroo and on the other apps in each city, so budget follows the channel that moves.
