New openings are the cleanest acquisition target there is: no incumbent contract, no habit, and an owner who needs volume in the first months. The platform that reaches them first usually keeps them.

Bar chart of the share of all eating and drinking venues on a leading delivery app, from 59% in Vancouver to 28% in Munich.

The bigger picture: how much of the city is signed at all

Only 28% (Munich) to 59% (Vancouver) of eating and drinking venues are on any leading delivery app. Bars, cafes and fine dining make up part of the rest, so not every venue is a candidate. But the list of candidates is long, and it changes every month as venues open, close and switch.

    What you get

    • Every venue in your city, in one list: restaurants, cafes, bars, takeaways and food courts, with address, coordinates, category, cuisine and opening status.
    • Which delivery apps each venue is on today, so you can filter to "on no app", "on a rival only" or "on us and a rival".
    • New-opening flags, so your team calls in week one, not month six.
    • Signals that say who is ready: online ordering, reservation and point-of-sale signals, reviews and social activity.
    • Delivered the way your team works: a file, a feed into your warehouse, or an API.

    About the numbers

Venues means open eating and drinking venues within each city area, October 2026. "Leading delivery apps" means the largest delivery apps in each city. "Recently opened" means venues whose first reviews date from the past year. Shares for recent openings rest on smaller samples than the other figures, so read them as approximate. Percentages are rounded to whole numbers.
